Great Outdoors Show®, Fisharama®, Turkeyrama® and Buckarama® and are registered trademarks of the Georgia Wildlife Federation® (GWF). Exhibitors are expressly prohibited from using GWF trademarks without prior written permission from GWF.
Payment is due to GWF as follows: 50% with contract by check, cash or credit card. Balance due 30 days before start of show. Failure to make payments by stated deadlines will result in termination of this contract and forfeiture of all payments.
GWF is not liable for any loss or damage to the property of Exhibitor or its employees, resulting from fire, robbery, accidents or any cause arising from use and occupancy of leased space or building. Exhibitor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless GWF and its employees/agents and members against any and all claims of any persons arising out of acts or omissions of Exhibitor, its employees/agents, including, but not limited to, claims arising out of damage to the building.
This contract may be terminated by GWF at any
time for breach of the conditions of this contract by Exhibitor. All payments will be
forfeited. GWF reserves the right to resell any space for which contract has been terminated.
In the event the tradeshow premises are damaged or destroyed by natural or human events, or in the event that exhibitors and others are barred from occupying tradeshow premises, Exhibitor shall pay only for the period when access was permitted. GWF is released from any and all claims for damages that might arise as a result. In the event, for any reason whatever, the tradeshow is not held as promoted, Exhibitor shall receive a refund for payments on exhibit space, less reasonable overhead and management expenses.
Subletting or donating space either partially or in entirety is expressly
prohibited without GWF permission.
Exhibitor shall furnish its own public liability and property insurance. Proof of general liability may be requested.
Exhibitor agrees to obey all applicable laws and regulations of the City and County where the tradeshow is located.
GWF reserves the right to decline or prohibit any exhibit or portions thereof, and to permit only such matters or conduct as are approved by GWF. GWF reserves the right to make location/space changes, with no advance notice to the Exhibitor, which GWF deems to be in the best interest of the show.
Booth spaces will be ready for installation of exhibits 24 hours in advance of the published start time for any show unless other specific arrangements are made with GWF tradeshow management. Exhibits must be completely installed one (1) hour before the published start time and remain open for display to the general public during published show hours. Early breakdown on the last day of the show is contractually prohibited and will result in denial of booth space in GWF tradeshows.
No booth structure, material or sign may exceed more than 8’ in height on the back “wall” of a booth, nor exceed 8’ in height from the back “wall” forward for ½ the depth of the booth to the front of the booth. Exhibitor decorations may not obstruct other displays or project into any aisle. All decorations must be flame proof and comply with applicable regulations of the local government. All electrical equipment in the exhibit area must comply with the OSHA National Electrical Code.
Electric and telephone service can be supplied. All arrangements for such services must be made through GWF or its designee.
Approved sales, displays, and distribution of literature are limited expressly to Exhibitors and their employees/agents and must be conducted in a dignified manner within the confines of Exhibitors’ leased space. All exhibits must have attendants during show hours unless other arrangements are made with GWF. Noise-making devices and public address systems are expressly prohibited without permission from GWF.
Exhibitor shall care for and keep in good order the space occupied by it and shall surrender such space at the close of the show in the same condition as existed prior to setup. Exhibitor shall be responsible for payment of repair to pre-show condition for any damage to the space or surrounding area caused by Exhibitor, its employees/agents, patrons or guests. All rubbish must be gathered for removal and placed in the aisle at the front of each booth each night after published show hours.
Badges Exhibitors will be provided upon registration a maximum of four badges for the first paid booth and two additional badges for
each additional paid booth. Additional employee badges are available for a fee. THESE BADGES ARE NOT TRANSFERABLE TO ANYONE NOT IN THE EMPLOY OF THE EXHIBITOR. Exhibitors and their employees are required to wear this identification to enter the tradeshow facility and at all times while operating their booths. This is for the security of all exhibitors. Any exhibitor violating this policy will be asked to leave and will not be permitted into future GWF tradeshows.
Only non-profit organizations who provide a copy of their IRS 501 (c) (3) tax determination letter and a raffle permit, in accordance with applicable laws of the State of Georgia, will be permitted to conduct raffles.
The decisions of GWF are final in any dispute between Exhibitors
or in any situation covered or not expressly covered by this contract. GWF reserves the right to modify or change these terms and conditions at its discretion for the betterment of the show.
